M2/22 Center outlet flap actuator motor

 	Remove/install
1	Remove cover below instrument panel on left		AR68.10-P-1500TX
2	Remove bolts (1)	 Secure screws (1) by suitable means against falling down.

3	Remove center outlet flap actuator motor (M2/22) from A/C housing (2) and detach electrical connector (3)	 Installation: When replacing the center outlet flap actuator motor (M2/22), the position of the axle shaft on the center outlet flap must be adapted to match the position of the actuator drive on the center outlet flap actuator motor (M2/22).
4	Install in the reverse order
5	Synchronize the actuator motors	 Menu item, Actuation, Normalization of actuator motors
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS, read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04TX
		Diagnosis system STAR DIAGNOSIS	*WH58.30-Z-1048-13A
