1 | Remove glove box | ||
2 | Unclip linkage (1) from cam plate (3) | ||
3 | Unscrew bolt (2) | ||
4 | Unclip cam plate (3) on catch hooks (7) from air conditioner housing (A32) and remove from lever (4) | Installation: Ensure that the lever (4) is seated correctly in the cam plate guide (3). | |
5 | Disconnect electrical connector (5) | ||
6 | Unscrew bolts (6) and remove defroster flap actuator motor (M2/16) from cam disk (3) | Installation: Install defroster flap actuator motor (M2/16) on guide pin (arrow) on cam disk (3). | |
7 | Install in the reverse order | ||
8 | Connect Star Diagnosis and normalize defroster flap actuator motor (M2/16) |
