M16/29 Right blending air flap actuator
| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove AC housing | ||
2 | Detach support (1) upward off AC housing | ||
3 | Unclip retaining clamps (2) and detach sliding clamp (3) | ||
4 | Disconnect electrical connector (4) from fresh air/air recirculation flap actuator motor | ||
5 | Remove cable tie (5) from AC housing and expose electrical wiring harness | ||
6 | Fold combination filter housing downward and remove from heat exchanger/evaporator housing | ||
7 | Disconnect electrical connector from right blending air flap actuator motor (M16/29) | ||
8 | Remove right blending air flap actuator motor (M16/29) from heat exchanger/evaporator housing | ||
9 | Install in the reverse order | ||
10 | Read out fault memory, delete if necessary and normalize right blending air flap actuator motor (M16/29) | ||
| Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory | ||
