 	Remove/Install
1	Remove cross member under instrument panel		AR62.30-P-1250RR
2	Remove air inlet		AR83.25-P-1401RR
3	Remove recirculating air unit sealing frame (2)	 Installation: Always use new part.
		Cut butyl strip (11) to 100 cm and, without pulling on it, place it inside the groove (12) and overlap the strip (11) in the marked area (arrows).
4	Unscrew the screw underneath (3)
5	Fold back the floor covering (4)	 Do not overstretch floor covering (4).
6	Remove cover (5) on the heater housing
7	Remove breakdown set (6)
8	Detach Bowden cable for recirculated air (7) from the recirculating air unit (1)	 Installation: Insert Bowden cable for recirculated air (7) into catch (8) and connect to lever (9).
9	Unscrew nut (10) on firewall
10	Laterally remove recirculating air unit (1) from heater housing
11	Install in the reverse order
