Remove stowage compartment (2) in passenger compartment

Remove paneling (3) from rear pillar

Remove side headliners (4)

Model 900 with code (ZU1) Minibus

 Do not completely remove the center headliner.

Remove screws/bolts (5) and remove air ducting (6)

 Installation: Ensure that seal is correctly seated between air ducting (6) and air duct upper section (1.2).

Remove all rivets (8) from roof bow (7)

 Carefully drill out rivets (8), otherwise the air duct upper section (1.2) may be damaged and it will need to be replaced.

Move air duct upper section (1.2) far enough to the rear to enable the air duct upper section (1.2) to be swiveled downwards

Swivel air duct upper section (1.2) downwards and remove from air duct lower section (1.1)

 Carefully remove air duct upper section (1.2) from air duct lower section (1.1). Otherwise the components may be damaged.

 Aid of helper required.

Remove all rivets (9)

 Carefully drill out rivets (9). Otherwise the air duct lower section (1.1) may be damaged and it will need to be replaced.

Remove cover strip (11)

 Detach cover strip (11) starting at the rear.

Remove all rivets (13)

 Carefully drill out rivets (13). Otherwise the air duct lower section (1.1) may be damaged and it will need to be replaced.

Remove screws/bolts (12) and take off air duct lower section (1.1) together with air ducting (10)

 Aid of helper required.

Install in the reverse order
