Remove/install

Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m)

Remove stowage compartment in lower part of instrument panel on front passenger side

with code FJ4 (Stowage compartment under cockpit)

Remove bottom paneling for instrument panel on passenger side

Release blower regulator (1) at retaining tab (2) and release from blower motor in direction of arrow (arrow A)

Remove blower regulator (1) until the electrical connectors (3) are accessible

Installation: Make sure that the electric lines (4) are seated correctly in the groove (arrow B).

Disconnect electrical connectors (3) and remove blower regulator (1)

6

Install in the reverse order

Check

Carry out blower function test
