Remove/install

Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key

Release cover (2) at catch hooks (4) of retaining plate (5) using a long wedge (3), raise a little at the back and remove towards the front

Removal:
Remove cover (2) carefully.
Risk of breakage to cover (2).

Expose and disconnect electrical connector (7) of control unit (1)

Expose electrical wiring harness (6) at retaining plate (5)

Detach control unit (1) at retaining plate (5) and remove

Install in the reverse order
