Connect diagnostic system and perform initial startup of head unit (A26/17)

Switch off ignition, remove transmitter key if necessary and place transmitter key outside of KEYLESS-GO transmission range

Remove cover on center console

Loosen screw/bolts (1) at locks (2)

Screws/bolts (1) remain at locks (2).

Guide head unit (A26/17) at locks (2) out of instrument panel

Remove head unit (A26/17) from locks (2) until connector (3) and electrical connectors (4) are accessible

Installation: The retaining bolts of the head unit (A26/17) must be inserted into the locks (2).

Disconnect connector (3) and electrical connectors (4)

The number of electrical connectors (4) can vary depending on the equipment installed.

Remove head unit (A26/17)

Install in the reverse order
