1 | Remove speaker cover. | ||
2 | Unclip cover (1) and remove with tweeter (2) and high-frequency diplexer (3) until the electric plug (4) can be disconnected from the electrical wiring harness on vehicle. | Clip remover | |
3 | Disconnect electric plug (4) from electrical wiring harness on vehicle and remove cover (1) with tweeter (2) and high-frequency diplexer (3). | ||
4 | Remove assembly clamp (6) from tweeter (2). | ||
5 | Heat up adhesive (5) in area around fastening points of tweeter (2) and remove tweeter (2) with high-frequency diplexer (3) through the cutout of the cover (1). | ||

6 | Remove adhesive residue from cover (1). | ||
7 | Clean cover (1) in bonding area until grease-free. | MB plastic cleaner | |
| Install | ||
8 | Install tweeter (2) with high-frequency diplexer (3) through the cutout of the cover (1) and position on the cover (1). | ||
9 | Attach assembly clamp (6) to tweeter (2). | ||
10 | Stick tweeter (2) to cover (1). | Adhesive PATTEX transparent hot sticks | |
11 | Connect electric plug (4) to electrical wiring harness on vehicle and install cover (1) with tweeter (2) and high-frequency diplexer (3). | ||

12 | Carry out function test of tweeter (2). | ||
13 | Install speaker cover. |
