1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m). | ||
2 | Remove cabinet (3). | ||
3 | Remove trim (4) from left D-pillar. | ||
4 | Remove air duct on left D-pillar at bottom and top. | Model 447.8 with code HZ7 (Semi-automatically controlled air conditioning system, TEMPMATIC in rear passenger compartment) | |
5 | Disconnect electrical plug (1). | ||
6 | Remove TV and DAB antenna amplifier (A2/20) from body. | Installation: When reusing the TV and DAB antenna amplifier (A2/20) the adhesive tape must be replaced. | |

7 | Remove antenna (2) from bed extension. | Note assembly position of antenna (2). | |
Installation: Replace felt strips. | |||

8 | Clean bonding surfaces of antenna (2) on bed extension and TV and DAB antenna amplifier (A2/20) on D-pillar. | Assembly cleaner | |
9 | Install in the reverse order. | ||

10 | Run function test of antenna (2) and TV and DAB antenna amplifier (A2/20). |
