Removal, installation

Remove tuner and amplifier

Disconnect ground lead from battery

Unscrew union nut (1)

Pull off cover (2)

Installation: check gasket (3) for damage, replace, if necessary. Ensure that gasket (3) is seated properly.

Unscrew antenna lead (4) for radio

Unscrew antenna lead for telephone

Only on vehicles with car telephone.

Disconnect electrical connector (5)

Remove automatic antenna (M11)

Unscrew screw (6) and remove automatic antenna (M11) downward.

Remove spacer (7)

Remove antenna splitter (A28/1)

Install in opposite order
