Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing battery electrolyte or absorption of lead through the skin or body orifices. Risk of death due to voltage U >= 30 V AC and U >= 60 V DC.

No fires, sparks, open flames, or smoking. Wear acid-resistant gloves, clothing, and glasses. Pour battery acid only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Remove front rear shelf

Remove rear rear shelf

Remove screw/bolts (1)

Remove rear emergency call speaker (H4/48) and disconnect electrical connector

Release catch tabs (2) and remove bass speaker (H4/17)

Lift bass speaker (H4/17) slightly at front first and then pull out forward.

Remove screws (3)

Remove inner left rear surround speaker (H4/55) or inner right rear surround speaker (H4/56) from housing and disconnect electrical connector

Unscrew nut (4)

Disconnect electrical connector (6)

Release both catch tabs (5) on outer left rear surround speaker (H4/54) or outer right rear surround speaker (H4/57) and remove speaker

12

Install in the reverse order
