Remove/install windshield washer hose

"Disconnect/connect battery ground line" removed

 

Remove/install

Open engine hood

Remove fender liner in left front fender

 Front and center fender liner.

Disconnect washer nozzle hose heater connector (X88/7)

For vehicles with code 875 Heated windshield washer system

Detach washer fluid hose (2) and seal

 Carefully detach washer fluid hose (2) in order to avoid any damage.

 Collect any escaping window washer fluid in a suitable container.



Remove air intake grille on engine hood

Press T-piece (4) out of left windshield washer nozzle (7)

 Carefully press out T-piece (4) from left windshield washer nozzle (7) to avoid any damage.

Push angle piece (6) out of right windshield washer nozzle (5)

 Carefully push out angle piece (6) from right windshield washer nozzle (5) to avoid any damage.

Expose washer fluid hose (2) and remove

 Open cable duct (3).

Install in the reverse order

Carry out function check

Check windshield washer system fluid level and correct if necessary


