M5/2 HCS [SRA] pump

4 Bracket

5 Washing water reservoir

6 Sealing ring

Remove/Install

Lift vehicle on lifting platform.

Remove the rear fender liner in the right front fender

Unplug electrical connectors (1, 2)

Detach washer fluid hose (3) on HCS [SRA] pump (M5/2)

Press retaining clip (arrow).

Collect washer fluid which flows out.

Installation: Install new sealing ring (6).

Unclip bracket (4) from washer fluid reservoir (5)

Using mounting wedge, press HCS [SRA] pump (M5/2) from washer fluid reservoir (5)

Note correct installation positions.

Installation: Replace gasket (7).

Install in the reverse order

Fill washer fluid reservoir (5)

Check windshield washing unit fluid level, top up if necessary

Perform function check on HCS [SRA] pump (M5/2)

Perform function check on windshield washer fluid pump

Remove/install headlamp cleaning system pump
