1 | Remove front module | ||
2 | Detach plug (1) of windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1) and remove tie strap (2) | Check locking tabs. | |
3 | Detach front water hose (3) on windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1) for front windshield washer nozzles and seal the connection using a suitable piece of hose | ||
4 | Detach rear water hose on windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1) for rear windshield washer nozzles and seal the connection using a suitable piece of hose | Model 450.4 only | |
5 | Pull wiring harness (4) out of the bracket (5) | ||
6 | Remove brake fluid reservoir (6) on fresh-air intake (8) | Note lock tab (7). | |
7 | Undo nuts of fresh-air intake (8) | ||
8 | Remove fresh-air intake (8) with the washer fluid reservoir (11) | ||
9 | Install in the reverse order |
