Danger!

Risk of injury in the form of trapping or crushing, or even severing of limbs, if caught in windshield wiper mechanism

Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism.

Remove wiper system

Remove nut (1) from wiper motor shaft

Detach wiper linkage (2) from wiper motor shaft

Unclip plug (3) from wiper linkage (2)

Remove wiper motor (M6/1) from wiper linkage (2)

Install

Move wiper motor (M6/1) to parking position

Attach wiper motor (M6/1) to wiper linkage (2)

Clip in plug (3) on wiper linkage (2)

Place wiper linkage (2) onto wiper motor shaft

Note installation position, the wiper linkage (2) must be flush.

Screw nut (1) onto wiper motor shaft

Install wiper system
