Press catch hooks (arrows A) together and unclip left license plate lamp (E19/1) or right license plate lamp (E19/2) from liftgate

Unclip left rear-end door license plate lamp (E19/3) or right rear-end door license plate lamp (E19/4) from license plate lamp bracket (3) with an extraction hook (2)

  Insert extraction hook (2), as shown, into cutout (arrow B) and turn 90° so that catch hook is released (arrow C).

Disconnect electrical connector (4) and remove left license plate lamp (E19/1) or right license plate lamp (E19/2)
