Remove/install

Open engine hood

Remove cover at respective headlamp

See Owner's Manual.

Disconnect electrical connectors at respective headlamp

See Owner's Manual.

Remove left high beam (E1e1), left low beam (E1e2) or right high beam (E2e1), right low beam (E2e2)


Do not touch the bulb with bare fingers, but use a soft cloth free of oil and grease.
Otherwise, the bulbs may be damaged during operation due to overheating.

To do so, loosen retaining bracket (1), remove left high beam (E1e1), left low beam (E1e2) or right high beam (E2e1), right low beam (E2e2).

Remove left front standing light and parking light (E1e3) or right front standing light and parking light (E2e3)


Do not touch the bulb with bare fingers, but use a soft cloth free of oil and grease.
Otherwise, the bulbs may be damaged during operation due to overheating.

To do so, remove socket (3) and remove left front standing light and parking light (E1e3) or right front standing light and parking light (E2e3) from socket (3).

Remove left front turn signal light (E1e5) or right front turn signal light (E2e5)


Do not touch the bulb with bare fingers, but use a soft cloth free of oil and grease.
Otherwise, the bulbs may be damaged during operation due to overheating.

To do so, turn socket (2) counterclockwise and remove, then remove left front turn signal light (E1e5) or right front turn signal light (E2e5) counterclockwise from socket (2).

Install in the reverse order

Check function of lighting system.
