2 Side flaps drive gear

3 Trunk lid

4 Electrical connector

5 Nuts

6 Panel

E19/1 Left license plate lamp

E19/2 Right license plate lamp

Remove/install

Remove outer paneling at trunk lid

Remove screws/bolts (1) and remove side flap control drive gear (2) from trunk lid (3)

Remove side flaps drive gear (2) until the left license plate lamp (E19/1) or the right license plate lamp (E19/2) is accessible.

Do not disconnect electrical connector from side flaps motor.

Undo nuts (5) and remove covering (6) from trunk lid (3)

Unclip left license plate lamp (E19/1) or right license plate lamp (E19/2) out of trunk lid (3)

Disconnect electrical connector (4) and remove left license plate lamp (E19/1) or right license plate lamp (E19/2)

6

Install in the reverse order
