Lamp units with lower position lamps are no longer available as replacement parts. In the event of a repair the right and left lamp units have to be replaced

Remove CBS front

Remove screws (2)

Pull left radiator grille lamp unit (E1/1) or right radiator grille lamp unit (E2/1) to the side

Risk of cracks and fracture to holding lug (3).

Check

Check left radiator grille lamp unit (E1/1) or right radiator grille lamp unit (E2/1)

Picture A. On vehicles equipped with a BRABUS sports suspension or BRABUS sport springs, legal requirements stipulate that lamp units with upper position lamps (arrow) be installed.

Install

Insert left radiator grille lamp unit (E1/1) or right radiator grille lamp unit (E2/1)
