Remove/install

Deactivate antitheft alarm system (ATA) with transmitter key

Danger!

Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.

Raise vehicle using the vehicle lift and remove underfloor paneling

Disconnect electrical connector (4) from alarm siren with inclination sensor (H3/2)

Remove bolt (2) and remove alarm siren with inclination sensor (H3/2) together with bracket (1)

Remove bolt (3) and remove bracket (1) from alarm siren with inclination sensor (H3/2)

When replacing alarm siren with inclination sensor (H3/2).

Install in the reverse order

Activate ATA with transmitter key and check function by triggering alarm
