1 | Remove lead seal (3) from hinge (1) to remove removed | Installation: Install new lead seal (3) so that glass pane (2) cannot be opened from front. The glass pane (2) should be closed at front and open at rear. | |
2.1 | Remove glass pane (2) from roof hatch | If both hinges (1) are removed. | |
2.2 | Fold glass pane (2) up at hinge to be removed (1) | Only when one hinge (1) is removed. | |
Other other hinge (1) remains closed. | |||
3 | Remove screws/bolts (4) | | |
Helper required. | |||
Installation: Check nuts (5) for damage, replace if necessary. | |||
4 | Unscrew bolts (6) and remove hinge (1) | Bolt, hinge to roof hatch frame | |
5 | Install in the reverse order |
