If previously installed glass panel is used:
Cut off glue residues on glass panel down a few tenth of a millimeter. Pull off loose glue (residues not completely cut off) and dry gluing area with lent-free rag. Do not use any type of solvent. Repair damaged primer coat.
If new glass panel is installed:
Check glass panel for scratches and damage. Apply cleaner from repair kit in gluing area with lent-free rag, then dry with second rag.
Do not apply cleaning solution in viewing area of glass panel, because this can lead to clouding.
To avoid poor adhesion when installing glass panel ensure that the adhesive surfaces on the roof cutout are free of dust, oil, grease, wax and other anti-adhesive constituents or contamination residues.
Allow primer to air-dry for at least 5 minutes.

1 Thoroughly shake primer and apply in area to be glued (maximum width 20 mm).
Apply primer in front area of glass panel in gluing area for both beads of glue.
