1 Right trim paneling
2 Roof cassette
3 Bolts
M12/8 Right soft top drive
| Remove/Install | ||
1 | Pull right cover (1) at front downward and remove from roof cassette (2) | ||
2 | Unscrew screws (3) on right soft top drive (M12/8) | ||
3 | Disconnect plug on right soft top drive (M12/8) | Installation: ensure that clock spring contact latches properly into place. | |
4 | Remove right soft top drive (M12/8) | Installation: When installing make sure that the pinion teeth are correctly seated in the mounts of the drive cable helixes, otherwise the pinion or the drive cable may be damaged. | |
5 | Install in the reverse order | ||
6 | Open folding top and rear soft top and then close again | See owner's manual. |
