Remove/install

Remove folding roof (3)

Pull tensioning straps (2) out of sliding rails and end pieces

 Installation: Ensure that tensioning straps (2) are not twisted when pulled in.

Remove slide plates (1) with compression springs (4) from roof edge

 Installation: Ensure that smaller bushings are installed correctly.

Remove sockets (5) from roof edge

Only when replacing slide plates (1).

Install in the reverse order
