Unscrew bolts (5) on left and right

Remove roof peak seal (1) starting at marked area (arrow)

Pull off gasket (2)

Clean

Clean roof frame (3) and A-pillar (4) in area of seal (2)

Cleaner

Install

Position seal (2) on roof frame (3) and A-pillar (4) on left and right

Rear window sealing profile

Press roof peak seal (1) on A-pillar (4) onto body flange starting at top left and top right and drive down with plastic mallet


Install roof peak seal (1) as narrow as possible in the radiuses.
Leaks can occur otherwise.

The roof peak seal (1) and side wall seal at the left or right must make contact in the center of the door sill without gap (arrow).

Ensure that guides (6) on right and left are seated correctly in body.

Check seating of roof peak seal (1)

In the event of complaints

Realign sealing lip of roof peak seal (1)

Install side supports

Check installation position of roof peak seal (1)

In the event of complaints

Realign roof peak seal (1)

Tighten bolts (5) on left and right
