3 | Remove sliding/pop-up roof glass cover | ||
4 | Unscrew one guide rail (6 or 7) from sun visor (5) | ||
5 | Move out sun visor (5) | ||
6 | Unscrew second guide rail (6 or 7) from sun visor (5) | ||
7 | Loosen screws (E) | Torx bit set | |
8 | Loosen screws (1-28) | Torx bit set | |
9 | Lift wind deflector (1) at front and remove | ||
10 | Remove sliding/pop-up roof (2) | ||
| Install | ||
11 | Install sliding/pop-up roof (2) | ||
12 | Install wind deflector (1) | Clean body surface and seals | |
Do not pinch sealing ring | |||
13 | Position screws (1-28) and tighten | Observe tightening pattern (see figure). | |

14 | Tighten screws (E). | | |

15 | Screw on one guide rail (6 or 7) of sun visor (5). | ||
16 | Install sun visor (5). | ||
17 | Screw on second guide rail (6 or 7) of sun visor (5). | ||
18 | Install sliding/pop-up roof glass cover. | ||
| Leak test | ||
19 | Fasten water hose at front of sliding/pop-up roof (toward front of vehicle) and spray. | In the event of leakage check assembly. | |
20 | Install right and left center luggage holder. | ||
21 | Install front roof paneling. | ||
| Inspecting | ||
22 | Perform function check |
