Remove/install

Remove center liftgate trim.

Disconnect electrical connection (2).

Remove liftgate lock.

Release screws (3) until trunk lid/liftgate lock element (M14/4) can be removed.

Move trunk lid/liftgate lock element (M14/4) out of liftgate (1) and remove.

6

Install in the reverse order.
