Remove/install

Open vent window (4)

Mark installation position of hinge (1) on vent window (4) and liftgate (5)

Unscrew nuts (3) from left and right hinge (1)

 Helper required.

 Change hinges (1) one after another.

 Installation: Observe corresponding markings.

 Nut, hinge to pop-out window

Unscrew bolt (2) and remove corresponding hinge (1)

 Helper required.

 Installation: Observe corresponding markings.

 Bolt, hinge for pop-out window to liftgate

Install in the reverse order



Check

Check gap dimension "HB" between vent window (4) and liftgate (5)

 Feeler gauge

In the event of complaints:



Adjust gap dimension "HB".

 Nut, hinge to pop-out window
