Remove bottom section of rear-end door

Saw off hinge axis (2) at the rear-end door (3)

Carefully saw off hinge axis (2) otherwise the rear-end door (3) could be damaged.

Drive hinge axis (2) with a suitable drift out of the mount of the rear-end door (3) and remove door hinge (1)

Installation: Slightly grease hinge axis (2) and position centrally in the mount of the rear-end door (3).

Install

Insert door hinge (1), slightly grease hinge axis (2) and position centrally in the mount of the rear-end door (3)

Insert circlips (4)

Installation: For easier assembly of the circlips (4) counterhold the hinge axis (2) with the hammer and slide on the circlips (4) with the socket wrench.

Install bottom section of rear-end door
