| Remove/Install | ||
1 | Loosen tailgate seal | Loosen trunk lid seal in area of trunk lid lock on left and right | |
Do not damage trunk lid seal. | |||
2 | Remove plastic clips from rear paneling | Do not damage plastic clips. | |
3 | Fold over rear paneling on area of trunk lid lock | Do not overstretch trunk lid paneling to prevent damage. | |
4 | Unhook control cable (1) from trunk lid lock bracket (2) and trunk lid lock (3) | Installation: Ensure for proper function | |
5 | Remove bolts (4). | ||
6 | Install in the reverse order |
