Adjust closing wedges on rear doors

Bottom closing wedges (4) should make contact with closed rear door with zero clearance, if necessary adjust rear doors.
To adjust, loosen hinges and complete lift or lower rear-end doors.
Adjustment of upper closing wedge (3) on left rear door

Install distance gauge (1) at top in area of drive latch on rear so that the 12 mm wide side points in direction of cargo area.

Close rear-end door until distance gauge (1) makes contact below roof drip molding.

Loosen bolts (2) on closing wedge (3) on left rear door.

Move top closing wedge (3) with zero clearance to stop and tighten bolts (2) on left rear door.



Adjustment of upper closing wedge (3) on left rear door

Loosen bolts (2) on closing wedge (3) on right rear door.

With rear door closed move top closing wedge (3) so that it makes contact with stop plate with zero clearance and tighten bolts (2) on right rear-end door.
