Remove door liner on sliding door

Remove door lock actuating mechanism
on sliding door

Unscrew mounting screw for door handle (1) on inner door panel



Remove door handle

 Slide door handle toward rear, pivot out at front and remove door handle toward front.
Rear, inner retaining lug can catch. Press
in slightly from inside with screwdriver.
