| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove handle recess (1) | Press retaining clip upward through cutout in handle recess (1) with screwdriver. | |
2 | Unclip switch panel (2) and disconnect connector | Depending on vehicle equipment, the number of switches may vary. | |
Installation: Guide lines below release cable (7). | |||
3 | Remove screws/bolts (3) | ||
4 | Fold open door pocket (4) | ||
5 | Pull door trim (5) upward and fold down until retainer (6) and release cable (7) are accessible | The door opening lever is still connected with the control cable (7). | |
6 | Unlock retainer (6) and unclip release cable (7) from door opening lever and door trim (5) | ||
7 | Remove door liner (5) | ||
8 | Install in the reverse order |
