	Removing
	Replace door hinge only separately. If both door hinges are to be replaced, replace second door hinge only after first door hinge has been repaired to prevent damaging the door and changing the door adjustment.
	Separate new door hinge on door hinge shaft before removing old door hinge.
1	Open front door
2	Remove hinge separation cap (3).
3	Unscrew door hinge shaft bolt (4).
4	Unscrew bolts on B-pillar (6).
5	Remove B-pillar hinge half (2) from rear door hinge half (1).	 Slightly pull door in hinge area toward outside.
	Install
6	Install new B-pillar hinge half (2) on rear door hinge half (1).
7	Screw in bolt on door hinge shaft (4) to stop.
8	Screw bolts into B-pillar (6).		*BA72.12-P-1004-01J
	Removing
9	Unscrew door hinge shaft bolt (4).
10	Unscrew bolts from inner door panel (7)
11	Remove rear door hinge half (1).	 Slightly pull door in hinge area toward outside.
	Install
12	Install new rear door hinge half (1) on B-pillar hinge half (2).
13	Screw in bolt on door hinge shaft (4) to stop.
14	Screw bolts into inner door panel (7)		*BA72.12-P-1003-01J
15	Tighten bolt on door hinge shaft (4) with tightening torque		*BA72.12-P-1005-01J
16	Check adjustment of rear door (5), correct if necessary		AR72.12-P-0650TX
17	Repair paint damage on bolt heads with suitable touch-up paint pen.
18	Install hinge separation cap (3).
