1 | Loosen door sealing frame (2) from front door in area of access cover (3) | Installation: Ensure that door sealing frames (2) is seated correctly in area of access cover (3). | |
2 | Unscrew concealed screw (arrow) until lock cylinder (1) can be moved freely | | |
3 | Lift door handle (4) and pull lock cylinder (1) out of front door until electrical connector (5) is accessible | Installation: Observe installation position of lock cylinder (1) in front door lock. | |
4 | Disconnect electrical connector (5) and remove lock cylinder (1) | ||
5.1 | Unlock latching hook on rear of cover (6) with suitable screwdriver and remove cover (6) from lock cylinder (1). | When replacing lock cylinder (1). | |
Installation: Ensure that cover (6) is seated correctly on lock cylinder (1) | |||
6 | Install in the reverse order | ||
7 | Check lock system for proper function |
