Remove door liner (2) from front door

Remove loudspeaker on front door

Remove sealing rail (3)

Partially remove door foil (4) from access cover and fasten

Carefully remove door foil (4) from door support, separate.If door foil (4) is damaged, replace.

Open crank window (1) until bolts (5, 6) are accessible through access cover.

Use separate power window switch

Loosen bolt (5)

Unscrew bolt (5) approx. 3 mm.

Unscrew bolt (6)

Secure crank window (1) against falling down (danger of breakage).

Remove aluminum channel from rear crank window (1)

Secure crank window (1) against falling down (danger of breakage).

Aluminum channel consists of two pieces.

Remove crank window (1) upward

Install

Install crank window (1) in shaft and in window guide rail, move downward and insert in front power window mount

Moisten window guide with soap solution.

Insert aluminum channel on rear crank window (1), align and screw in bolt (6)

Secure crank window (1) against falling down (danger of breakage).

Aluminum channel consists of two pieces.

Adjust crank window (1) in front door

Check butyl cord of door foil (4), install new butyl cord if required

Position door foil and press on with roller

Carefully press on door (4), to prevent leakage.

Install sealing rail (3).
