1 | Remove outside mirror adjustment switch. | Only on driver side. On vehicles with code (V21) electrically adjustable and heated outside mirror (FFO). | |
2 | Remove inner door handle (2). | ||
3 | Pull wiring harness (3) for outside mirror adjustment switch out of inner door handle mount (2). | Only on driver side. On vehicles with code (V21) electrically adjustable and heated outside mirror (FFO). | |
4 | Remove stowage compartment (4). | ||
5 | Pull front side of door liner (1) slightly out toward passenger compartment (arrows) and loosen at front. | ||
6 | Pull wiring harness (3) for outside mirror adjustment switch out of hole in inner door handle (1). | Only on driver side. On vehicles with code (V21) electrically adjustable and heated outside mirror (FFO). | |
7 | Remove liner (1) | Installation: Insert hook (8) on door liner (1) into guides of door (9) (arrows). | |
8 | Check routing of control cable. (5). | The control cable (5) should not be installed in the clip (6) and should not be pinched by the door liner (1) or the mounting screws of the door handle, otherwise malfunctions can occur when opening the door. If correctly routed, the control cable (5) is only inserted in clip (7). | |
9 | Install in the reverse order |
