Remove rear passenger compartment side trim panel

Remove belt end fitting

 Bolt, rear belt end fitting

Remove edge guard in area of C-pillar (2)

 Installation: Ensure that edge guard is seated correctly.

Unclip cover (1)

 Retaining clip remains in C-pillar paneling (2).

Loosen C-pillar paneling (2) on C-pillar and rear side paneling, slightly tilt toward center of vehicle and remove toward front


Carefully remove C-pillar paneling (2).
Otherwise roof paneling can be damaged.

 Installation: Ensure that C-pillar paneling (2) is seated correctly.

Installation: Ensure correct seating of roller sunblind in guide rail (5) on C-pillar trim (2).

Remove cover (3) from C-pillar paneling (2)

Remove clamp (4)

 Installation: Ensure that clip (4) is seated correctly.

Guide seatbelt through opening in cove (3) and C-pillar paneling (2)

9

Install in the reverse order

 Seat belts/emergency tensioning retractors
