Notes on carrying out repair work in the vehicle interior

Remove

1

Remove paneling from folding table (2) at top

Remove screws (4)

Turn lock (5) in direction of arrow and move folding table (2) to upper position

Detach mounting console (6) from guide stamp (8) with suitable tool and move guide stamp (8) to bottom position

Lift side covers on mounting console (6), lift table plate (1) upward out of guide (3) and remove



Install

Lift side cover on mounting console (6), insert table plate (1) into mounting console (6) and guide downward in direction of guide stamp (8)

Insert guides (7) of table plate (1) into mounts on guide stamp (8) and lower table plate (1)

Turn lock (5) in direction of arrow, guide mounting console (6) together with table plate (1) downward in direction of guide stamp (8) and guide centering pins into mounts on guide stamp (8) at bottom of mounting console (6), then screw mounting console (6) to guide stamp (8) with 2 bolts (4)

 Do not tighten bolts (4) yet.

Move mounting console (6) to upper position

Position remaining bolts (4) and tighten all bolts (4)


Tighten bolts (4) in crisscross pattern and ensure that mounting console (6) pulls down uniformly into guide stamp (8) when tightening centering pins.
Otherwise the mounting console (6) and the guide stamp (8) can be damaged.

Turn lock (5) in direction of arrow and lock mounting console (6) in lower position

Install paneling on folding table (2) at top
