Remove/install

Open roof stowage box flap (1)

Remove foam rubber pads (2) from lock top section (4)

Remove bolts (3)

Remove lock top section (4)

Remove drive plate (5)

Observe assembly position of drive plate (5).

Remove lock bottom section (6)

Installation: Fasten threaded plate (7) to roof stowage box flap (1) using transparent adhesive strips (8).
Position adhesive strips (8) so that the adhesive strips (8) are covered completely by the lock top section (6).

Install in the reverse order

Check

Check lock on roof stowage box flap (1) for proper function
