1 Position side window loosely with suction cups and check positioning.
2 Prepare side window (2) for installation.
Apply primer to body only on primed areas.Clean gluing surface on side window and apply primer

3 Remove protective foil from rubber window spacer.
4 Remove cartridge from heater and place in application gun for processing

5 Cut off cartridge tip.

6 Apply glue to inside of side window.
Install window within 5 min. before adhesive effect decreases.
The dimensions for the glue bid are given in the illustration.Glue joint (4) parallel to existing bead (5) as shown in illustration above.
7 Position, align and press down side window (2) with helper.
Open side windows so that the newly installed window cannot be pressed out by the air pressure during the curing time when a door is closed.
