9 Assembly frame

1 | Unscrew bolts from inner assembly frame | Hold side window to prevent falling out Unscrew bolts in sequence 8 to 1 | |
2 | Remove window | ||
| Install | ||
3 | Press side window on mounting dome (4) at rear and bottom on body shell | Fasten seal on side window. | |
4 | Tilt side window against body shell until mounting dome (1) is flush with hole in body shell | Seal should not slip | |
5 | Position assembly frame | Do not cant bolts so that seal cannot be pinched between thread insert and bolt Lightly press side window against body shell until bolts are screwed in | |
6 | Screw assembly frame to side window | Observe tightening sequence | |
7 | Screw on mounting domes 1 to 8 | |
