Clean vent window (1).

The vent window (1) must absolutely be free of dust and lint. Dust and lint inclusions are visible after bonding and cannot be removed. For this reason pay absolute attention to cleanliness.

Determine center of vent window (1) and mark installation dimensions on vent window (1).

Dimensions:
a= 92 cm

Lay adhesive foils (2) down on vent window (1), align cutout of frame (3) and mark.

Observe markings on installation dimensions (a).

Cut adhesive foils (2) according to markings.

Lay adhesive foils (2) down on vent window (1) and check installation dimensions (a).

Moisten bonding surfaces on adhesive foils (2) on vent window (1) with soapy water.

Place adhesive foil (2) on vent window (1), align and attach with commercially available squeegee free of bubbles.

Use squeegee to remove bubbles from adhesive foils (2).
Otherwise adhesion problems can occur.

Observe markings.

Clean vent window (1).
