1 | Remove rear roof frame paneling | ||
2 | Remove rear end door | ||
3 | Unscrew screws (2) from wiper motor cover. | ||
4 | Loosen wiper motor cover from catch lugs (3), lift carefully and remove from catch lugs (4) by moving upward. | Do not damage catch lugs (3, 4), otherwise wiper motor cover can no longer arrest. | |
5 | Remove water hose (5) from washer nozzle. | ||
6 | Separate electrical connectors (6) | Do not damage catch lugs, otherwise connector can no longer lock. Installation: Ensure that electrical connector (6) arrests properly. | |
7 | Unclip electrical connector (7) from mount at wiper motor. | Do not damage catch lugs, otherwise connector can no longer lock. Installation: Ensure that electrical connector (7) arrests properly. | |
8 | Fold wiper arm cover upward, unscrew nut (8) and remove wiper arm (9). | | |
9 | Unscrew screws (10) from rear wiper motor (M6/4) and remove rear wiper motor (M6/4). | | |
10 | Unscrew screws (11) from rear spoiler (12) inside and outside. | ||
11 | Disconnect electrical connector (13) from stop lamp and remove rear spoiler (12). | Do not damage catch lugs, otherwise connector can no longer lock. Installation: Ensure that electrical connector (13) arrests properly. | |
12 | Move wiring harness (15) out of guide at rear end door, remove grommet (14) and wiring harness (15) from rear end door. | ||
13 | Unscrew screws (17) from left and right hinge. | ||
14 | Remove mount (18) on left and right for hinge screws. | ||
15 | Remove rear window (1). | ||
16 | Install in the reverse order |
