Cup suction tool for window removal and installation

1 Position both suction cups on rear window.

2 With the aid of a second person, insert rear window into body flange, center and press on sufficiently until the rear window is resting with the profile of the rubber surround against the body flange.

Arrest trunk lid at approx. 45° open position for installing rear window.

Install rear window within 10 minutes after applying glue bead before adhesive force of glue starts to decrease

Open a crank window in the vehicle so that air is not trapped when the door is closed, thereby pressing the window outwards.

The waiting time (time before vehicle is driven), calculated from the time the rear window is installed, is approx. 1 hour.
