Shorten blade on cutter (124 589 03 63 00) 10 mm to prevent damaging heat exchanger.
1 Clamp blade (124 589 12 63 00) into multi-cutter (stop dimension a = 20 mm).
2 Moisten whetstone and sharpen both sides of blade with machine switched on.
3 Cut out window in area "A" from inside.
4 Clamp blade (124 589 03 63 00) into multi-cutter (blade shortened 10 mm).
5 Moisten whetstone and sharpen both sides of blade with machine switched on.
6 Cut out window in area "B" from outside.
If it is not possible to cut all the way through the glue with the blades available use cutting wire.
