1 Clean roof window (1) with commercially available glass cleaner and check for scratches and damage.

2 Install cup suction tool on roof window and center roof window in window cutout.

3 Glue adhesive strip (12) circumferentially around edge of window and cut with sharp knife.
4 Check whether sheet metal flange runs parallel to roof window.
5 Remove roof window.

6 Apply primer all the way around to bonding surface on window roof seal.
Shake primer tube min. 30 s before use. To open, hold threaded primer tube connection pointing upwards, and screw felt applicator on to stop. Allow primer to air-dry for min. 10 minutes.
7 Check primer coat.
