Heat respective stop plug (1) from vehicle interior side and press out upward. | |||

4 | Clean sealing surface on roof. | | |
| Install | ||
5 | Repair paint damage with brush or touch-up paint pen | If there is paint damage: | |
Use only paints or touch-up paint pens approved by Daimler AG: | |||
6 | Install respective stop plug (1) | ||

To do this, insert respective stop plug (1) into bore and heat evenly until sealing compound is viscous. | |||
7 | Press on respective stop plug (1) evenly with suitable tool | ||
8 | Paint over respective stop plug (1) | Use brush or touch-up paint pen for this. | |
