1 Expose spot welds (arrows) of outer wheel arch flaring (1) and cut out.

2 Expose spot welds of end plates (12, 13) and cut out.

3 Remove end plates (12, 13).

4 Expose spot welds (arrows) of outer wheel arch flaring (1) and cut out.

5 Cut off outer wheel arch flaring (1) along dotted line (2) at a distance of a = approx. 10 mm measured from outer edge.

6 Remove outer wheel arch flaring (1).
